Team-building

Team-building is a key factor in your long-term success. The better the team, the greater the satisfaction, the enjoyment of work and the commitment to the common cause. Extraordinary experiences create precisely this sense of cohesion.

What matters for team-building activities is not only the content, but also the location where the team-building takes place. The further away the team-building is from the everyday workplace, the more open participants are to new ideas and experiences.

Outdoor training sessions, in particular, are among the most labour-intensive yet most effective concepts in team-building activities. It is not just about the distance covered, but above all about the right environment. Team-building in the great outdoors ranks right at the top when it comes to sustainably successful team-building activities. This is one of the reasons why team-building programmes so often take place abroad.

The Balearic island of Mallorca, in particular, offers ideal conditions for team training sessions, team retreats, kick-off events and other team-building activities.

Team-building in Mallorca has a very strong incentive aspect and, in our experience, is enthusiastically received by participants.

We have been specialists in team training, outdoor programmes, kick-off events and other team events for many years. In Mallorca, we find everything we need:

The Mediterranean offers excellent opportunities for exceptional team programmes, such as our team training on a sailing ship.
The Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are the starting point for exciting outdoor team-building programmes, ranging from classic ‘treasure hunts’ to elaborate GPS rallies.
First-class hotels and fincas are ideal for high-quality training programmes in a professional, Mediterranean setting.

We offer our team-building activities not only in Mallorca but also at other suitable locations that are ideal for your team.
